Torun Transport – Coaches

Flixbus have been buying up coach companies with some speed in recent years, including PolskiBus and Eurolines. They operate to a large number of Polish towns and cities, although the services aren’t always that frequent. The coaches are usually clean with power points and free wi-fi available. Passports are required for all international services, with customers being able to either print their tickets or use an app on their phone.
There are currently services from Toruń to Berlin, Budapest, Bydgoszcz, Gdansk, Gdynia, Katowice, Krakow, Poznan, Prague, Sopot, Warsaw, Wroclaw and Zakopane.
The Flixbus stop in Toruń is located outside of the Toruń Miasto railway station, which is the city’s smaller rail station which is located just a short walk to the Old Town. There is a poster at the bus stop with Flixbus branding and a small waiting area, although there is additional seating at the nearby railway station.
Further information, including on-line tickets and timetables, is available at http://www.flixbus.com/. It’s also possible to track coaches on the app so that customers can see how far away their service is.
